One-on-one coaching · Cairo · Limited roster

You are not stuck because you are lazy. You are stuck because nobody told you the truth.

One-on-one with Adel is not a template. Your bloodwork, sleep, job and injuries are all on the table, and the plan is rebuilt around you every single week.

The real problem

Why are you stuck?

01

The generic program

A program written for a thousand people was written for none of them. Your frame, your sleep, your job and your injuries are not in the math — so progress dies at month two and you start lapping the same circle.

02

The copy-paste coach

A coach carrying 200 clients is not coaching you, he is forwarding you a file. Same workout, same diet, same canned reply when you ask why. You do not need another program. You need someone closing the gaps you cannot see.

03

The silence

Nobody in this market will say out loud how the top physiques are actually built. Everyone stays quiet because the silence pays. So trainees go learn from forums and group chats, make decisions about their own bodies with no doctor and no labs, and get genuinely hurt. That is why the Truth Files exist.

Your body is a system. Systems do not get fixed by guessing.

Why one on one only?

The refusal to scale is the offer.

Coaching does not pay my bills. My engineering career does. That is why I can afford to tell you the truth, to turn you down, or to tell you: wait, you are not ready yet.

Group programs exist because they pay the coach, not because they work. When a coach carries hundreds, you are a row in a spreadsheet.

I keep the roster small so I actually know your sleep, your bloods, your work schedule and your old injuries. When your week changes, the plan changes with it. That is not a luxury — that is the job done properly.

Spots open right now: [TODO: roster count]. When the roster closes, it closes.

The method

Five steps. No magic tricks.

  1. Adel pressing down on a cable triceps extension with full focus

    Map the system first

A long sit-down on your training history, injuries, food and sleep. Nobody should patch a system they do not understand.

  2. Adel mid-rep in a cable crossover, chest under tension

Read the logs before you touch the system

Full bloodwork before any decision. The numbers are your body's logs: they say where the failure actually is — not your feelings, and not mine.

  3. Adel opening his arms wide in a cable fly

    Design for the real spec

Training built on your structure, your joints and the days you can actually show up. A system designed for conditions that do not exist will fail.

  4. Adel performing a controlled dumbbell biceps curl

    Nutrition that survives load

A diet that runs under the real pressure of your life. If it crashes the moment life squeezes you, the design was wrong — not you.

  5. Adel in a second triceps pressdown set, shot from a different angle

    Monitor and patch weekly

Every week we read the numbers, sleep and effort — and adjust. A system nobody monitors fails silently.

Asked all the time

Before you message, read this.

You are not a full time coach. Why would I work with you?

Because that is exactly the reason to. Eleven years of doing this on himself, a career that pays his bills, and a very small number of people at a time. Nobody here is selling you a package to hit a monthly target.

I am a beginner. Is this for me?

Yes — and honestly, beginners get the most out of it. Your first two years decide the shape of every year after. Built right from the start, there is nothing to fix later.

My work schedule is chaos. I cannot hold a routine.

That is exactly why this is one on one. The plan is built on your real week, and when your shifts flip, it gets adjusted the same week instead of falling apart.

My gym is badly equipped.

Not a problem. The program is written for the equipment actually in front of you. Your body understands tension and progressive load, not machine brands.

I already bought a program from another coach.

Finish it if you want, and when you feel yourself circling the same spot, come talk. I will not sell you the same file with a new cover — we start from assessment and labs.

Will you actually discuss enhancement honestly?

Yes, completely: what it is, what it does in your body, and what the real risks are. But no decision happens without a physician and bloodwork — and very often my honest answer is simply: no, you do not need it. That honesty is what protects you.

What does it cost?

It depends on your case and what it needs. [TODO: price anchor if Adel wants one]. The WhatsApp conversation is free, and once I understand your situation you get the exact cost before any commitment.
