About Adel

A security engineer. His body was the first system he worked on.

Adel is not a coach looking for clients. He is a cybersecurity engineer. His job is finding where a system fails before it fails. Since 2015 he has been doing the same thing to his own body.

And coaching is not how he pays his bills. That is not a footnote — it is the foundation of the whole thing: someone who does not need your money can tell you no.

2015 — the long road

Eleven years of training. No shortcut, no stage, no sponsor, and nobody watching. He did it because he wanted to understand it, not because anyone would clap.

Eleven years of consistency without an audience. That is not a marketing line. That is the standard itself.

The conversation nobody would have

Adel was one of the first people in the Egyptian and Arabic online space to talk openly about steroids and SARMs — years before social media filled up with coaches, back when staying quiet was easier and safer. It got him attacked. He kept going.

The reason was simple: people were already using. They were just using blind. Saying it out loud was not a performance. It was the only reasonable thing left to do.

Two injuries, two comebacks

[TODO: first injury and its year]. [TODO: second injury and its year]. Twice he lost what he had built, and twice he started over while people told him that was enough.

If you are coming back from an injury, starting late, or restarting from zero: he has walked that road twice. Not from a book — from living it.

Why one on one only, and why so few

He has a career that takes his time. So he takes very few people at once, and only the ones he believes he can actually move. The scarcity is not a sales tactic — it is the limit of a day that already contains another job.

Spots open right now: [TODO: roster count].
