I hear the same sentence almost every week now: "I'm getting on TRT because my testosterone is low." Low compared to what? When did you test? What time of day? How did you sleep the night before? In ninety percent of the cases that reach me, there is no answer to any of that. There is a decision — taken from a video or from a guy at the gym — about something that changes your body's chemistry for the rest of your life.

TRT stands for testosterone replacement therapy. The word therapy is not decoration. It is a medical intervention for a diagnosed condition called hypogonadism, confirmed by an endocrinologist with repeated labs and documented symptoms — not by feeling tired and wanting faster results.

What I tell my own trainees is simple. If there is a genuine suspicion, we go to a serious endocrinologist, with full labs, more than once, and the doctor decides. If the doctor says you need it, that is a respectable medical decision. If nobody said so except your gym friend, you are trading your health to skip two years of patience. And most of the guys I have seen on it here needed a year of proper sleep and food — not an injection.

That is exactly the difference between a coach who builds your body and a coach who rushes his own result at your expense. Template coaching will never have this fight with you, because it costs them a client. I will. If you want to have it honestly, message me.
