Ask anyone at the gym what he thinks about training, dieting or hormones and you will get a lecture. Ask him when he last did full bloodwork and you will get silence. This entire scene talks about everything except the one piece of paper that tells the truth.

Labs are the difference between "I feel fine" and "I am actually fine." They are also the difference between a coach working responsibly and a coach throwing programs into the dark. Any serious work starts from a baseline: know where you stand, move, then measure again.

My rule is plain: no plan before labs, and no conversation about anything sensitive without a doctor and a report on the table. Not for ceremony — because that report is what protects you from me, from yourself, and from every bad idea circulating in this market.

And if your current coach has never once asked about your bloodwork, he is not coaching you. He is texting you. That difference is exactly the difference between template coaching and the work I do. Message me and start properly.
