There is a sentence I hear from every man flirting with shortcuts: "I've reached my natural ceiling." It comes from someone who has trained for three years, sleeps badly, eats right seventy percent of the time, and has never once run a full year of a properly managed surplus on a progressing program. That is not a natural ceiling. That is a neglect ceiling.
The real natural ceiling is far away, and most people never get anywhere near it. What actually happens is that progress slows after the first two years, and the brain reads that slowdown as the end of the road. Which is exactly the moment this market shows up to sell you the fast fix.
Here is what I want you to leave with: before you declare yourself finished, someone has to look at your work with an eye that does not flatter you, and tell you what you have actually exhausted and what is still on the table. That does not happen inside a template. It happens in one-on-one work with someone reading your numbers every week. If you want to know where you truly stand, message me.
